    I do like the fact that I do not have to deal with people on the roofs any more playing fall of berlin or camp gibraltar, however the transport's pods should still have a bit more mobility then they do ccurrently. Also on the spawn beacons, some movement would be nice. maybe 10 meters of free movement. sometimes I dont want to land on the other side of the wall. I have been spwan camped so many times because 1 guy knows exactly where the beacon is and waits for an easy kill to spawn in. before at least there was a bit more variance in where you fell, rather than all within a 10 meter circle of the spawn.

    I know nothing will change the game posting here, but its nice just to vent.

    Just remember pod serving is considered an exploit so be careful what you consider pod surfing and what you don't.

    I like the corrections that prevent pod surfing, but I hate the new transport podding. If you're flying a transport and it's going down, you decide to bail (makes sense). However, with the new system good luck surviving. The only way to survive is to try and crash near a building so that the transport crashes on the roof and you pod out hitting the wall of the building.

    This method seems to work, but can take some skill and no Laggy or Inja on you ass.
    I've also tried doing a sideways bank as the transport is going down and then ejecting. I've only tried that once though (1 for 1 so far); so I've no idea as to whether or not it's a solid tactic.
    In most cases though, flying a transport is liking putting your own feet in cement and willingly jumping into a river. I welcome the challenge of surviving.
    enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

    I try to aim the transportupward before jumping, sometimes works:-)

    You know, if you read the description of how the patch will fix the pod surfing it seems to indicate that we'll have limited control, which we don't have now

    Amen to that. I remember reading something about still being able to reach a rooftop from a properly placed spawn beacon. Good luck making that happen now, at least so far in my experience. EA/Dice said rooftops were ok, but damned if I know how to get to one anymore.

    It seems to randomly drop you within 10 meters of the beacon..... so its a random chance to make it up there.
