Well, it is probably something really simple that I am just overlooking. Somebody else will probably jump in here with the answer and make me look like a dumba$$, so I would check back later. If I think of something, I will post it here.

FIXED IT!!!

Because i couldn't load the game it could not verify graphics so i set advanced load options to load in windowed mode and changed it to full screen in game and it works now =)
