That is soo true, its you either suck or you are a loser :/ meh its okay becuase I know I have a 'life' and still pwn their asses so I just laugh. Team Versus has now turned into glorified reverses that take about 5x longer to get a game going. Most teams we play against rage after the first two maps because they are losing. So in order to hopefully not waste our time, I put out a disclaimer:

***ATTENTION*** You have entered a TEAM VERSUS game. If you are looking for an easy game, please proceed to the nearest pub lobby. Thank you.

They just end up laughing at me... so we continue and after the first map or two they end up leaving... but they stopped laughing pretty damn quick. Also, to all that say "we have lives so we'll leave when we want" this right here is why team versus IS NOT for you. Go pub if you know you are going to leave, yes things do come up and that sucks and is understandable. BUT if you join a team versus game with the intention on only playing this first map or two and don't have a replacement, then GO FUCKING PUB! Stop wasting our time!! I am sick of spending 20+ min trying to connect to a Team V game just to get a bunch of god damn pub stars that think they are good and end up leaving. Besides like MVP alrdy said, why is it that things 'come up' when they are LOSING and not winning? I know... becuase they are whiney little bitches and thought they were good becuase they can pub stomp. That is why.

MVP, I know exactly how you feel. We've actually started making mini games out of team vs trying to figure out how to make teams stick around longer. Last night we purposely got less points than the other team every lvl just so we could play to the finale lol. The score was 171 - 160 going into the dead center finale...elite!

Another game we played was "the black and white survivor" game. We shot down 1 teammate to black and white and saw how far we could protect him through the lvl until he died.

I've pretty much given up on playing a full round of team vs. unless I get another GB team. Rage quitters in pub matches was the reason I started on GB in the first place (please don't turn this into a gb flame thread btw). When I'm not playing a gb match we usually take the first lvl of team vs seriously as survivor to gauge our opponents strength, and then figure out some game to play with the rest of it lol. If you ever want some friendly challeneging matches on l4d2 though hit me up. I'm more than willing to play a friends only, they're way more fun.

Why whould anyone flame you because you joined GB to play people who don't quit? Isn't the right reasons to join GB to play other skilled players/teams in matches without dealing with public antics?

But the GB rant was about certain kinds of players. Just like this rant is about certain kinds of pub players. Being the players who play team VS and quit.

Its does suck that most pubbie teams won't take a beating and lose and maybe learn a few things. Personally i think if you don't want to play a good team don't play team VS. I think alot of these pubbie quitters in team VS are players who are just out for the acheivement.

Now i said MOST pubbie players. Not all.. Theres some really great teams out there that play team VS and don't affilate themselves with any game league or clan. I play them all the time, but i usually got sift through alot of bullshit games before i land in a good team VS. game.

Just wanted to make that clear before a bunch of players from pubbieplayers.com get all crazy and come after me...
