MLB, Texasteamplayers.com is so much more than a server.... It's a community; a community of like minded team playing warriors.

I truly look forward to the end of the day, when I can come spend sometime with my friends; both in the forums and on the battlefield.

I lack community in my personal life, but make up for it in the game(<-pothetic yes, but who cares).

RV2 - don't feel bad in your comments about community. I came to a new country late in life. I landed up in a city ruled by the almighty buck so I tend to spend a lot of time working. BF2 and TTP give me a common interest with my sons and also good interaction with a great bunch of guys.

Byrn0202, One of the bonds I hold with my Son, is we've played computer games together since he was around 10 years old. I mean some serious computer gaming. Still many years later, we still have this bond of gaming. I'll sit here with him, watching him play, then he'll watch me play.... and we'll go backa nd forth for MANY hours. Great stuff!

I guess you can say, we are the new Modern day family. A family that plays together, stays together.

Well Bryn0202, I certainly enjoyed our game play yesterday evening, sorry I kept having problems with my connection.

I remember my oldest sitting on my lap when he was 3 or 4 and we would play the Captain Keen series together - me helping with some of the keys. Now, 10 years later, he whips my butt at every game he has but we have fun together. He tends to spend most of his lif in Maple Story virtual world, which doesn't actually work for me personally, but my youngest is into FPS games.

Hope you didn't hink I was too much of a hard ass. I just want my squad to be as good as it possibly can be. And to do that, you know we gotta be at the same place at the same time.
