I just wanted to add my five cents worth.....I am just happy playing in a squad that communicates and listens to the squad leader

Most night I get my dream squad...that is a group of regulars who all work together. I don't really care who is in it, as long as they are working together as a team I'm a happy happy man. Typically, my squads fill with regulars and all are awesome because they all are great teamplayers who will do whatever it takes to win.
