Re: Question on TTP "norms"
Hmmmmm TS...with battlefield? omg....i'd be talking so much i'd forget to play.
Man, i always hate seeing these intro posts late, because then i just feel so utterly useless and redundant, having nothing to add to the solid advice offered already. :3
But yeah, welcome, and i hope to kill you soon!

The DIFFERENCE is the communication. Next time, use some, and none of this is ever an issue.
I'd be SO HAPPY to have squad leaders get on the mic, and tell me what they were doing so I could back them up, and make it happen. I'd be SO HAPPY to have a squad member tell me what they were doing, before they did it, so I could adjust our tactics, objectives, etc, to help that.
Communicate what you are doing, and follow the chain of command.....and TTP is the best place to game, ever. If you don't like taking orders, then be the SL. Or the commander. But no matter what....stay in communication with your heirarchy, and make sure everyone is doing what they need to do, and speaking up.
