Sex and Battlefield 2

My wife and I are trying to have kids. That's why I only play BF2 for about 2 - 4 hours a week... or less. One week a month you will probably see me on BF2 more than the rest...
She can be very convincing when I am playing a video game and she has other plans for me. That's why single player games (Oblivion for example) that you can pause are great games to start playing after 8 PM.
Now-a-days you won't see me in BF2 unless I know my nights schedule is clear.
My wife doesn't mind me playing BF2, as long as my yelling and screaming and the noise from me pounding my desk isn't louder than the TV... -and it doesn't take away from the mommy-daddy dance.

All my wife has to do is mention she wants to do something with me. Watch TV, a movie, just talk or anything else and I stop right then and do it. I always ask her if I can play before I do it. She is honest with me and gives me a yes or no.

I think I should try this approach. Ignoring her constant nagging doesn't work and around that time...well let's just say I will more likely be found cowering in a closet than online. She just doesn't understand why I have to "save the world" everyday!

lol, Manno that was some funny sh$t. And even know it is true, we all know, if it is a girlfriend or a wife we have to play by there rules. I lost a few girlfriends in my time due to playing MMO's and BF2. BUt now I am upfront and say these are my hobbies and either you like them or LEARN TO PLAY!

Yeah, chick flicks dont work on my GF either. She likes to watch Dr. Who, farScape, Star Trek (any of 'em,) BSG, SG1, or any other Sci-Fi show we have downloaded and archived, WITH ME. So I cant distract her with media. I like to watch them too, but she wont play BF2, thats for damn sure, its always Word Worm, or some other Puzzle type of game... yech.

however....when you have been married that long...both of you know that there are something that you are just never going to change. Before BF2 I was a sports nut....or an avid on line chess player...hmmmm.....still play chess on line.....guess the best thing is having a wife....or girl friend that just lets you be you....
