I'm jonesing for Hills of Hamgyong. :8

Okay, well I get bored of these games pretty easily after getting all the cheevs and stuff so heres some of my ideas to make it more skill based:

LEFT 4 DEAD 3

CAMPAIGNS:

Dead Cliffs

1- The Campfire - Get through the Zombie infected forest to safety.
2- The Treewalk - Follow a wooden Treewalk.
3- The Cliffside - Get along the cliffs to find a way down.
4- The Quarry - Explore the Quarry for the Gate
5- Gate Finale - Wait for the gate to open.

Dark Casino

1- The Streets - Get through the zombie-infected streets
2- The Town - Travel past shops to find equipment.
3- The Underground - Travel through the subway.
4- The Casino - Travel through the levels of the casino
5- Roof Finale - Hold out for the helicopter.

Blood Ocean

1- The Crash - At the top of an oil rig find a way down.
2- The Machine - Get throught he machinery filled rooms.
3- The Rooms - Find supplies in the Oil rig workers accomidation.
4- The Bottom - Get through the long platforms just above the water.
5- Boat Finale - Hold out for the boat to be lowered

Death Castaway

1- The Beach - Get through the zombie-infected beach.
2- The Bridge - Get across a long bridge.
3- The Forest - Find your way through the forest.
4- The Mountain - Find your way up the mountain.
5- Hilltop Finale - Use flares to attract another helicopter.

RANKS, TITLES AND CHALLENGES

This is the way to make the game more addictive.
The rank is basically a way to show how experienced the player is on the game and challenges are where you have to perform skills to unlock them.

RANKS

Okay, the rank that you are can go up forever but after Level 80, it'll have the same title of TRUE BLOOD. Each level up to it will always have a new title. To go up ranks you need points. Each rank will be 5000 points to get up.

The challenges will give you up to 1000 points depending of the greatness of the challenge.

Each campaign will make your score:

Average Survival Time (AST) = if it is 10.00 it'll change it to 1000 etc.
Zombies Killed (ZK) = if you killed 500 it'll be 500...
Times was incapitated (TWI) = if 5 it is 5...
Times was killed (TWK) = if 5 it is 10...
Times all died (TAD) = if 2 it is 6...
Easy = x 0.5
Normal = x 1.0
Hard = x 2.0
Expert = 3.0

so the score would be worked out like this:

AST+ZK = ASTZK

ASTZK ÷ TWI, TWK and TAD = ASTZK/TWI/TWK/TAD

ASTZK/TWI/TWK/TAD x Easy/Normal/Hard/Expert

So if the stats are:

AST = 20.00 = 2000
ZK = 1000 = 1000
TWI = 2 = 2
TWK = 1 = 2
TAD = 1 = 3
Expert

2000+1000=3000
3000 ÷ 7 = 429 (rounded up)
429 x 3.0 = 1284

So basically you will get 1284 excluding challenges if you did this good on a campaign. Survival is similar but rewards less points.

TITLES AND CHALLENGES

Titles as you may know from MW2 are phrases you can put on your profile to show off the things you have achieved.

Challenges and going up ranks reward you with titles. The reason I would prefer challenges to achievements is because achievements only reward you with GS whereas you could earn L4D related stuff for challenges. Here are challenges I though of: (By the way a new mode added to the game is called ORIGINAL MODE. This Makes the Survivors as Zoey, Bill, Francis and Louis and doesn't include Spitters, Jockeys or Chargers. Original Dialouge)

Gambler Melee a Fruit Machine to set off the alarm. 200
Jaws Kill the hidden Jaws Shark on BLOOD OCEAN 500
Castaway Be the Last Alive on DEATH CASTAWAY 500
Survivor Survive 100 Incoming Attacks 1000
Original Play ORIGINAL MODE on Expert without dying 1000
Witchcraft Hurt a witch and survive without going down 200
Cook Kill 100 Zombies with the Frying Pan 500

Maybe add in some new infected? i know that they might add in a zombie who spears you to the wall and another like the witch who screams when they see you and attract the horde and one that keeps the zombies comin no matter how pwned they look. but maybe one that literaly drags you away by your feet and goes at like charger speed when doing so. and then when you hit a wall with this thing stuck to your it starts clawing you, so you suffer 2x as much. oh and maybe custom character outfits?
