When I try to join a few maps i cant get in due to modded content but other maps i can. Its only on the TTP server.

Ive done that thats why ive made a time post. I can be in game and its not all ns maps that i cant get on. Plus again its only ttp. I can get on any other server but ttp.

I'm sure the new add on involving the Bot's playing as the special infected help the fun factor in versus mode. For those who have lots of friends, I'm sure it helps balance things out in the long run. Please don't think that the rant below suggests that this special infected bot patch isn't a good thing.

However since this is the "rant" section allow me to grief upon a unfortunate side effect. Before I was one of those loners who tried to slip in between the cracks of unlocking achievements through cheating on versus. I followed the steps provided on certain achievement helping sites and this allowed me to unlock a good portion of achievements without the help of friends.

Back in the good old days there were no special infected bots. (Except on a few selected levels.) As a side effect I didn't care that the survivor bots were incredibly stupid. It didn't matter that I didn't have friends to help me unlock stuff. I could easily go ahead with my guest account and unlock things myself. Ahh... The old days.

Now this special infected bot patch on versus has me literally jonsing to break my freaking controller. Sure the bots provide plenty of challenge and kick my ass plenty. This would be fine if my freaking bot team mates didn't stand there while I was dangling in front of her because a smoker or hunter had me pinned. I wish I had the time and know how to record some of the laughs (and rage) I had because my bot team mates let me die.

I am looking for anyone who has tried to play versus mode with nothing but bot team mates. I want to exchange stories of how the survivor bot would heal another bot's health, even through I just got done getting my ass kicked trying to get Cola for some dude who locked himself in a room. I'm at a disbelief at how unbalanced the two groups of AI bots are, the survivor bots on X-box Live suck big time.

I don't mind playing with people but actually relying on a good portion of the X-box live population leads to fail. Sure there are plenty of people who like having you help them get a achievement. But I'm sure most of you will agree with me that not as many will be willing to do the same for you. And by "people" I mean complete strangers who you have only played with once or twice. So many times I have had people promise to help me out, then 5 minutes into the game either quit or screw me over on purpose.

Again maybe it's time for this loner to accept that things have changed. (perhaps for the better.)However I will still mourn not only the achievements that will most likely stay locked for a long time, but the fact that I can no longer play versus with only two people offline.
