Edit:btw, i dont think its not my graphics card which has a problem, as i tried the can u run it link and it passed, except for my ram. u think the ram has the problem?

First, do a Verify Integrity via Steam to make sure you don't have any corrupted files.

Then I would delete the VIDEO.TXT file that is in your CFG folder and it will recreate itself.
