1 Gunship LB with missiles and cannon
1 Transport LB
3 APC's
1 TOW Humvee

Assessment: Overwhelming armour advantage for PLA. Slight spawn point advantage for USMC. Strong air power advantage for USMC.

Points of interest

A & B) Bridges -- Destruction of these bridges prevents PLA tanks from crossing the river.
C) Downed Black Hawk -- Good place to hide a RP, amongst other things.
D) Dirtbike -- I've NEVER seen this used, and just now noticed it even existed. It's pretty out of the way, too.
E) Dock -- A different way for PLA APC's to approach Processing. Includes a boat.
F) Rice paddies -- hiding place for RP's when assaulting gov't, but somewhat exposed.
G) Barn -- Hiding place for APC's to prevent easy destruction. Also hides RP's.
H) PLA AA emplacement -- includes 2 AA guns and an ammo dump with cammo netting. I've never actually seen these used...
I) Lake of Death -- Cannot get APC's out of here. Also a pain to escape on foot. (Mapper needs to add some cones )

General Tactics
USMC: Early on, have a little bird fly a squad up to mine. Atack chopper should head to Temple and begin to harass PLA forces. (APC's do fall to the missiles but tanks do not.) Black Hawk should take engineers to destroy both bridges over the river. Everyone else should head for Government Office. Once mine is captured (will need C4 to breach door/wrench to seal it) secure government office by facing a bunker north to cover the north entrances, and placing wire at the north west entrance, and the east entrance (which is covered by MG tower). A squad should stay here to defend, using the bunker as a rally point. They should have some heavy AT. Once Gov't office is secure, move onto fishing village. Because 60% of this map tends to be a trade of Gov't for Fishing and vice versa, a skilled defense of Gov't will simply remove this option from the enemy. From then on it's skillfull placement of firebases and control of the N/S road west of Fishing village, which is the easiest path for tanks.

PLA: Early game, get your attack chopper to mine. Stay and harass the enemy as long as you can, to delay their capture of mine (have to do this fast as they can hide inside of the mine itself). Bring a Heavy AT and a rifleman/support on your wing-seats to assist in taking out heavy targets. Protect the bridges (use nanjings to get there fast with engineers for repair), so that you later have the option to cross your tanks. Fishing village is FAR harder to fortify than government office, but skillful placement of bunkers and sandbags can funnel the enemy into easier places to attack from, and slow down vehicles long enough to blow them up. Remember that the dock may be a great place to send an APC when attacking processing facility, especially when you send heavy armour up the main road to pull all of their AT attention. Simply parking the APC down there gives you the advantage of making it a pain to see, and letting your own soldiers spawn. Also, when attacking Mine/Processing and you already possess the other, leave men behind to defend them, as late game flag-swapping can cost you a game, especially with your lack of fast air transit.

Notes: This is probably my favorite map because it can get really intense really fast with the right team and opponent. Not a whole load of neat little things I've noticed really, though the map does feel "natural" a there are farm houses and shacks in places that have nothing to do with anything, giving the map a "lived in" feeling. Remember that the fairly dense thickets of trees here and there provide GREAT disguise for a firebase, allowing quick and quiet spawning (APC's make noise) and kit allocation for the assault. PLA AA weapons are very remote, and I've no idea why there is an ammo dump there, but it's there in case you need it. I guess it explains that unfortunate black hawk wreck a short distance away.
