Yes, it definitely depends on the situation. When the SL is trying to be stealthy, like soy said, keep from giving away position. Nothing like looking for the enemy and seeing a health or ammo icon pop up behind a wall. Remember also that anyone can pick them up. So if you cap a flag and flood it with ammo/health that will just help the enemy when they are rushing to get it back.

Soysoldier said it all! 6 weeks is hardly anytime at all. Hell, it took me 6 weeks to realize that I'm supposed to shoot the blue guys. Hell, I still haven't learned to stop shooting the blue guys.

the one thing I would recommend to ALL newbs is.... to look around you as you move from destination to dedtination. Meaning be extermemly paranoid in this game. Assume an enemy is behind you AT ALL times. I find too many newbs who just look straight ahead,w ithout looking left and or right.

And MOST IMPORTANTLY, get the HELL off the flag as soon as possible. NEVER loitter around the flag, never smoke cigs' around the flag. And if your smart, stay the HELL away from Armor!

Seriously, the MOST important thing to remember, if you see me coming you way, RUN LIKE HELL!

That there shows you have lots of time played in a short while. Being a squad member as much as you have been is awesome. However I'd say SL a bit now and then, you should have enough experience under some of the Great SLs of TTP to get yourself around the Battlefield. Some people get killed a lot...a real lot. Personally I play the medic kit on Vanilla a bunch and my K/D is worst as a medic.

So your bad night if you were wielding the Medic kit could be explained by the fact that you were dying trying to revive fallen brothers, your bullets managed to get you kill assists not kills.

My advice is just to be aware of your surroundings, it seems that your K/D is low all around via your stats. Maybe you are just not keeping you head on a swivel? Maybe medic is not your kit, for kills that is you seem to get enough points via it but kills not so much, I personally play AT and Support and get loads of kills, that is Kills to time played. I hope some of this analysis helps a bit.

People say stats are just numbers but I like to watch mine to see where I can do better and what I have been improving on.
