I have a problem with l4d add on support, i have this tool installed but when im trying to play L4D2 in online campaing mode a message appears:

Left 4 Dead Add-on Support has not yet finished installing.
Please wait until the installation is complete and restart the game before attempting to run any add-ons.

I tried to reinstall the game and reinstall the add-on, and check the integrity of cache... please need HELP!

Hmm... that is a new one on me. When you did a reinstall, did you delete the game first, and make sure all the folders and files were deleted too?
