Check the spawn time, it basically means you have 1 life only.

This screenshot was probably taken out of context. It happens when you have a kit selected that the game says you cannot use. All you have to do is change kits and switch back and the time starts counting down.

It was taken 10 minutes ago. I just picked a kit and goofed around. First time I play the new version. I got into that vehicle and got killed because I needed an engineer kit to use it.

Is that the case?

Asian's right this happened to me a few nights ago just switch the kit and your good to go.
