A host doesn't have to listen to whoever joined the room. He created the lobby, so he decides who gets kicked and who gets to stay. If you really want someone out, vote to kick them out.
You can't just jump off the side when someone doesn't listen to you. That's immature. You haven't even given them a chance; they may surprise you.
A lot of times I play with players without a mic, and split screeners, and they both surprised me a lot; of course, they also sucked, but you can't know if they're good or bad if you haven't played with them.
It's like saying, "I hate Spain. I've lived in America my whole life, what has Spain got to offer me?" without actually visiting Spain.
That's bias.
Even if they do suck, just leave the game and not commit suicide. It ruins the game for the others players. Not everyone will have the same level of skill you have, and others will be more lenient than you are.
All I'm just saying, don't be rude about it because it ruins the game for others.

So just because they're not catering to you, who joined the game that they set up and have been waiting to start, you decide it's okay to fuck things up for them? WTF makes your opinion worth any more than that of the splitscreener and his buddy? If you were the host would you be catering to every player's selfish demands? This is just ridiculous, if you don't like the setup DON'T stay in the lobby or just leave the game, don't fuck it up for everyone else who can just enjoy the game for what it is.
