Re: grenades
I agee with you BlueMaxox....I have been killed a number of times when there were two enemy present with me and someone from another squad chucks a nade and kills me and not the other guys. I am personnaly not very good with nades. I have killed many teammates because of my inaccuracy. But, I always check my mini map before I start chucking at a flag. Blue or green is a no go for the nade!

Re: grenades
BlueMaxox, your concerns in regards to grenades are clearly justified and I have put much more though into the placement of my grenades since this post.
However, I do notice many soldiers who rarely or never use their grenades and that concerns me. I feel when you have a certain amount of tools to work with, then you must make sure to USE all of those tools as often as possible. Thats it, thats all we get....
I just want us to remember the times we got our Ass' Kicked because the enemy was spamming grenades the entire game.... Too many times to recount. If we are not using our grenades or are worried about using them, then how can we compete against grenade spammers effectively. You fight fire with fire (and water and sand and foam, etc).
So, lets make sure to use our grenades at all times, and lets remember the ass kicking we get when the enemy decides not only to use theirs, but to dominate with them.
I think it's a sad when we die in the game and don't even get a chance to either deploy our defenses or use or weapons (like grenades).
When an Engineer, I try to make sure that I at least deploy 3-4 of my land mines immediately(then I keep 1-2 with me at all times). Likewise with the sniper Kit, I at least am going to defiantely deploy 1 claymore, keeping 1 with me at all times (if possible, saving it for the Thejeep1).
Let's not become grenade spammers ourselves, but lets learn how to effectively eliminate them.

One other thing......I know I am not the best at anything when doing battle.....and if anyone wants to give me pointers to make me better.....I am all ears. What I do have is the heart to do anything it takes to win the game.
See you in my squad I hope smokenspliff!
I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was!

Re: grenades
Me grenades are my worst enemy I toss them and they bounce off a wall right back onto my squad or I toss one into a swarm of enemies and the only person I kill is a teamate who charged straight into the middle of them moments after I throw the nade, how this happens I do not know that enemy so I try and limit my grenade tossing to when I am alone or with a disciplined squad, and yes I have been known to be the same squad member that charges straight into the middle of the enemy though usually just before the grenade is tossed.

Re: grenades
My grenades are deady at taking out entire squads in PR. Sometimes you only 3 or 4 but they are something you do not want to encounter. Some games in the EA series have the grenade damage dumbed down to a small perimeter. Project Reality gives them the Full damage of what a grenade can do.
Stop by and check out the PR forums and download the Free mod that Ranked #2 in the world.
It is purely the most realistic battlefield on the earth in Games.
Project Reality is game you better take serious or you are going to have a lot time to think what you can do different to keep you out of the Respawn time and how to stay alive and to be more effective and usefull to your team.
Project Reality is #1 in my book.
