01-30-08, 12:22 AM #1Another beacon glitch
This one was interesting. On Tunis, I placed a beacon and each time I spawned on it, I spawned in two different places. The beacons location changed as well. The first spawn was where I originally placed my beacon and the other time was on the opposite side of the map. Then, the beacon disappears from my map. I thought everything went back to normal, but then my SMs kept podding onto my location like I was a mobile spawn beacon.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

Yep, it was pretty strange. One time I saw the becan at gas station and podded in near junkyard then it started moving all over the map following DJ and you would pod near him. When he was dead we ended up where he had laid it the first time during the game. Really strange!

Re: Another beacon glitch
That happened to me quite often when 1.4 came around but hasn't happen to me lately. Not sure what the issue was but sometimes its a good thing.
Happened to me on Cerbre Landing a long time ago and for some reason I kept spawning behind the enemies on the hill. So I would get about 4 kills before they figured out I was behind them.

No thanks. I could very well do Gamebattles as I feel I can stand toe to toe with them (the better teams) under the right teammates. Of course I still need to learn a few things like working on a couple of my worst played special infected...
Gamebattles aren't worth the time though. Good bit of them are too dramatic for my own taste.

Cue GB flame war... Nah, I jest.
It'd be good to have a forum clan to go out and spread the word that we're not all (as some people have put it) "scrubs from some random 2-bit forum". However, I get the impression previous attempts haven't worked out very successfully. You guys might stand a better chance now that there seem to be a lot more forum members playing together on a regular basis.
I'm always free to make up numbers if anyone on the forums gets enough people interested in starting an original L4D clan, but as I've said in the past, work and relationships come first.RIP Mike Starr
