Totally new player to the game

Why is it that whenever Frau is on, and on the other team from me, that I always end up feeling somewhat like a Triscuit?

I don't know which is worse, feeling like an afternoon snack, or the crosshairs that always seem to appear on my forehead when Angel's on.
