Technical issues

posted it here but no one has any help (PC Hardware and Technology). My mic used to work fine and then one day my boost mic is off and grey in my controls

i cant turn it back on or put it back to regular color. people can hear me only at the start of a round or when its quiet. any thoughts?? :8 :8 :8 :8

Do you have a spund card, or are you using the built in card on your mobo?

Go in to your windows settings and under the volume controls you should be able to turn on the +20db boost. See if that works.

using motherboard. the computer isnt a special one.... gateway GT4022
