booster packs?

ok i was reading some info online and some people were saying that the two booster packs are serperate mini mods that play seperatly.(like the expansion) Can some one who has euro force tell me if it runs seperatly because if it does im not buyin it.

I don't that's true. The booster packs are not large enough, or expensive enough, to be standalone versions. I believe they are only additional maps, weapons, classes, and vehicles/models, running on the same BF2 engine.

I have both SF and Euro Force.

The boosters just add to BF2. They are not seperate.

Euro Force just adds 3 maps and changes the guns, adds some vehicles and changes the nationalities. Otherwise its the same.

Special Forces is a differant case. If you are in BF2 and you are looking at the server list you will see a green "2" for the servers running SF maps. If you join the server the game automatically switches itself to that game.
