Thread: Helicopter Sound Glitch

Has anyone else got this sound error on any boards besides Al Basrah? I was getting it on Zatar last night.

I used to be a PR "Whore" and TBH never seen it or heard it.

what does it sound like?

try turning your sound effects to med or lower..........


or updateing your sound drivers.....

it just sounds like there is a chopper flying close by. i will look at my sound settings to modify currently i am using :
Hardware, high and have an Audigy 2

hmm, uaslly hardware sound cards wont do that.....eax enabled?

I have found the sound on PR to be very intense. For eg, when sitting in village you can hear the Brit chopper starting up way back at their airbase (which is quite a way off). Is this what you are talking about - or hearing a chopper on a map where there is not even a chopper.

This is a common glitch that until now I thought everybody experienced occasionally. I know I've had multiple people in my squads confirm it whenever I heard it nearby.
