you'll find a lot of quirks on this site. as laggy said, it's not perfect, but it's very helpful.

the 100% progress you see will usually be associated with an overall goal. when you see things that you have a 100% on, but still don't have the item, it's usually because of the IoR items not being satisfied (which for most, you need to get the overall first, then get the IoR). looking at that ribbon, it looks like you need to get 40 teamwork score in a round that you are a squad member for 18 minutes of.

badges? badges? I don't need no stinkin badges!

The rest of the award stuff has been explained already, won't get into that again.

Other things to note, check out the other tabs on your player, lots of good useful information there.

Also, the links on that site don't update automatically. In the right hand column, you will have to hit the update button. As well, that site is frequently overwhelmed and just not available.

Finally, the blocks of info that a lot of us have here in the forums can be found at that site as well. I'd have to dig to find the size constraints, so don't go get one of the gargantuan ones if you want one.

Its bad enough that people think it takes skill to use T1 weapons. And that only using T1 weapons proves something.
