One must remember, BF2s is very slow about updates. Tis why I prefer to use BF2player.com, keeps me updated just like my BFHQ in real time. BF2s can take anywhere from about 20 minutes to a day to update. Not too mention they have lost like 3 HDD's in the last 2 years.

... and now EA is cursed for no good reason!

Thanks JB, they needed all the help they could get.

Since the site came back I have had no problems with BF2s. I hit refresh a few times after logging out and everything is up to date.

Sony Introduces 'PSN Pass' To Fight Used Game Sales

Gamasutra reports that Sony has introduced "PSN Pass" — one-time codes that will unlock complete online access for certain games. "The company didn't offer details on how used and rental players would access online features in these titles, but did clarify that first-party use of the passes will be decided on a game-by-game basis." The initiative is similar to the "Online Pass" that EA rolled out last year, and to Sony's own experiment with SOCOM 4. Sony's explanation for the Pass will probably leave you wishing Google Translate supported marketing-speak: "This is an important initiative as it allows us to accelerate our commitment to enhancing premium online services across our first party game portfolio."

Boy, Sony is just in a constant spiral of bad ideas aren't they? I look forward to the day when it's out of business.

Way to pull a Sega there Sony.

If the trend continues: A new player will join the market, unseat Microsoft as the top non-Nintendo console manufacturer. Nintendo will hold a steady first or second place, and Sony will pull out all together and go back to begin a software company.

Next week's news: "PSN down yet again."
I'm an idiot and I can't follow directions. So now I'm also banned.
