just to play devils advocate but he could have picked the L85 up from a dropped kit... but I would still say ban him

NOPE! He used that weapon exclusively on at least (3) maps before he disappeared.

why trust him? There are enough honest gamers to fill the server so shouldn't he be banned in an effort to force him to address these issues in the forums. If he doesn't respond than most likely he knows he''s been caught.
