Right, after some discussion, we're going to try a few new options with the cbox.

It's still open to all, but the more observant of you will now note that it's located at the bottom of the forum index rather than the top. This means that it's no longer the first thing people see when they log into the forums.

Secondly, I've appointed a few new chatbox moderators to look after things. TeenRacer6, Parlock and I Redemptionx I will all have moderation powers in the chatbox. As far as the forums go, nothing's changed, but in the chatbox, they're considered staff members.

Hopefully that should address some of the more severe issues we've been having of late.

Good Idea. I knew thats why it was moved to the bottom.

Well, all I know is that it's a real shorter way to say "Hey who wants to play online with me?" It's much more difficult to go to a thread and say it. In general, I don't see any easier way to do that.

I immediately, well not IMMEDIATELY, knew why the chat box moved to the bottom of the forums. The reason is because too many people were looking at the chat box first and not looking at the threads and stuff. At first, I thought the chat box was permanently gone or something. Then, I scrolled all the way down to see it was at the BOTTOM. I actually think It's easier at the top, but oh well.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I got too sucked into this situation that I nearly forgot that the situation here is not all that bad. We are just making it a big deal. Why not delete the chatbox every once in a while, (if for important...matters)? I don't see anything THAT hard with it.

Delete the chatbox? Nah, I like the chatbox. It is a good way to get things out quicker than having to go through a thread like you said and it's a good way for all of us to get together and bulls@%! instead of debating all the time in threads.

I will have to say tho, I do like the chatbox at the top only becuase I am lazy and now I have to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN. xD. But really, it's not that bad.
