Secondary missles on the walkers
Can someone explain to me what the missles are for on the walkers ? I right click and it fires 4 random missles that appear to swirl out in a random fashion.
How in the hell are you supposed to hit anything with those. Keep in mind that I didn't realize the engineer missles were guided for a long time.
I dont have a concept of ballance with the walker, I usually get my ass kicked in the tank against a walker, and vice versa.

I've noticed that the AT rockets on the walkers are RANDOM. Sometimes you'll lock onto an enemy tank/walker, and the rockets fire angled down, then curve upwards (signifying you've locked onto a far away unit of armor). Other times the rockets will curve from right to left, and vice versa for the other side. There is a trick to using them. With practice, rotate the top of the walker to compensate for the movements of the rockets. When they go to the side, they go in a straight line after going off course.
Other times, I've seen walker rockets go DEAD straight, right out of the walker and snipe tanks half-way across the map (as in, the walker did not move its upper torso to compensate for the blind fire of the rockets)
Get Cebel or Hinder in here, they're our local walker experts"In matters of style, swim with the currents... in matters of principle, stand like a rock."

They fire is a curved and slightly upward motion, this way they can adjust to your crosshair at the right range that you have to find. These rockets should only be used at close range and for attacking walkers or tanks or APCs, please dont be stupid enough to shoot an apc with your main cannon, focus on your rockets. It takes 4-5 rockets for an APC, about 7 for a walker and about the same I believe for a tank.

You can move your reticle to compensate for the firing trajectories of the missiles, and with that in mind you can begin engaging at long range to force your target to activate its shields too soon.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.
