I'm so pissed >:C
I'm playing on The Parish with some pubs. They were nice, and so I was thinking of sending them FR's.
That was until some dick playing Ellis came along.
We were doing chapter 3.
I had been incapped in the parking lot.
There was a smoker hiding behind an alarmed car,so I was shooting at it.
As Ellis(the douchebag)came to save me,I accidentally shot the car.
He called me a retard and they all voted to kick me.
This is why the vote kicking system should be for both teams to kick someone.
If someone is teamkilling, the other team can make a vote if they wish.OH BOB SAGET!

So, he just let's the smoker get ellis. That's a lose-lose situation I'm afraid. Unless you're lucky and you kill the smoker.
In my opinions the votekick system should be for your own team first. If there is three ticks, it should be sent on to the infected team.
The Survivors/Infected team have chosen to kick "Insert Player Name here"
Do you agree with this?
Three/Two ticks = kicked
Below two = safe.

Making both teams vote on a vote kick makes very little sense to me. First of all, there are many times when the other team would have no idea at all why a vote was even called. They can't always hear the other teams chat, so they'd be totally unaware if someone was purposefully not following the team strategy. They also might not see someone tking or otherwise sabotaging the team.
Perhaps most importantly, IT'D BE A GRIEFER'S FIELD DAY!.
You could get you're friend (split screen or not) on the other team TKing like crazy and have your own team refuse to kick them. Even if it wasn't your friend, alot of people would refuse to kick tkers or saboteurs from the other team just because they thought it was funny.
The general rule is if there's a good chance you'll hit a car alarm shooting at an SI, then don't shoot at it. You're situation was a bit different, but I'm willing to bet your teammates simply didn't realize that Ellis was about to be smoked into the car anyway. I understand why you're angry, but a revamping of the vote kick system is not the answer.

No.
The system is FINE.
Why would the other team kick someone from the opposing team if they're messing the team up?
You think people are being dicks now by kicking their own teammates, imagine what would happen if you had control over the other teams players.
Fact is, you (elite) messed up. You really thought you could kill a smoker hiding behind a car alarm with a pistol?
Maybe they overreacted, but you used poor judgement and then they got mad about it. I'm sorry but that's the whole point of vote kicking, if the majority of the team doesn't want you on their team, then that's just a rough fact of life.
Tell your team there's a smoker behind the car, and then let them handle it.
