I bolded and underlined the points above to help clarify something for you in light of your situation. My comments were as a player, who was in a Squad, I wasn't aware of us not having a commander at the time. As soon as I noticed we didn't have a commander was right after the comment about getting off the carrier.

The carrier comment was a player based comment. Not as an admin. I have multiple duties, I performed the Commander position first, then I addressed the TK & the top two non-squaded players both of whom were on the server before the restart.

Anytime I step onto the server, it's about the win. As much as I'd like to get in a jet and learn to fly better, I want to win first. Gulf of Oman is a very hard map to win with just 1 or 2 flags. Even worse when people are on the carrier and not on land attacking/defending.

You weren't kicked for being on the carrier plain and simple. You were however kicked for not being in a squad supporting your team. Had you been a squad it would have never happened.

I was on teamspeak with Bravo, and another admin, and we were discussing what was going on, and we saw your comments. We talked at length about your behavior, trust me. When you said, "I want to know what admin kicked me" I took that as a demand to see who kicked you and why. As stated that game was really intense and I was only able to catch bit and pieces of your text. Whenever I looked up, it seemed to me that you were always complaining and generally doing nothing. After seeing some of your messages, and the fact that you were behaving the way you were, makes me start thinking about your behavior in the admin forums and not in a good way.

By saying...."I got a screenshot and I'll be on the forums...." you are effectively saying this is my ball, and since I am not getting my way I am taking it home with me....very childish.

However, you just saved your ass by owning up to what you did.

The teamkilling issue was not why I posted anything at all and while its IS an issue, its not what got to me. The kick was. I had just been BANNED from a server after less than 2 minutes play time just prior to coming into TTP. The reason for the ban was that I have "XXX" as part of my game name -> RugburnXXX. You read that correctly - I was first kicked off a server, then logged back in and asked why only to be told its because having "XXX" as part of my name is offensive. I decided to head over to TTP after that little episode.
During the day I like to practice my flying "skills" - those of you who have seen my flying can understand the need for the practice and during the day the server isn't full and its a good time to work with live targets. At any rate I would really like to blame my rashness on what happened just before joining TTP but really its just that I behaved poorly. Admittedly I was already a bit pissed off when I logged on and then getting team killed my first couple spawns didnt help matters - but I still take the blame for behaving less than appropriately.
I had been playing in the early parts of the day (1-5pm EST) all week and mostly practicing aircraft skills and until Friday no one was all that concerned about winning/losing as a whole (we all like to win but when the server isn't full its just a lot of racing around capping flags then recapping add infinitum). I also didn't see every comment that was posted in game but I did actually see the "get off the carrier" message - and was working on it - but that is not a reason to be kicked last I knew (?). I should have just gave up the flying but I would like to add that while I just went ahead and left - as Lump pointed out, commander and aircraft pulled out the round. While I definitly need to work on flying skills, I'm not exactly useless either. Would not have been spawning carrier had I not been getting team killed and as said, was waiting to see if a slot opened on the only full squad that was on server at that time, or I would have formed my own when I either, got airborn (to get comms w/ commander) or when I did actually give up and switched to ground assualt. And again, I apologize for my poor handling of the situation.

I am going to be clear and to the point..... You are a Reservist and are held to a Higher Standard than our regular players or members. Never question the Admin in game, unless you want to be banned from the game server and forced to bring it to the forums. We do not discuss issues in game.

You are a Reservist, which means you are a leading example of what a TeamPlayer stands for, courtesy, fairness, communicative, sportsmanship and a leader.

You should never have to be told to SQUAD UP. You should never question an Admin in game. You are expected to be the example.

If a Reservist doesn't know the rules of being a Reservist, he will lose his Reserve status.

You are clearly in the wrong..... Broke several rules. Don't step foot on the server again with out either Creating or Joining a SQUAD..... If you buddies squad is full, join another, create another, but get in a SQUAD.

We treat our Reservist on the same guidelines as we do our Admins..... If we had an Admin that was parading around the server and not squaded up, we would either suspend the Admin or Fire him.

You are on the same guidelines as well. Be an example and follow the rules of being a Reservist.

samething happened to me today, except i was in a sqaud and it kicked me, im lucky the server wasnt full or id have to go somewhere else..
