How does a youtube video have any impact on the typical versus match? You can't even tell whether or not they learned the trick from a video unless you ask them, so your point is invalid.

I kinda get how it's frustrating for you to have worked hard to learn some of the tricks while someone learned from another player, video, or any other source easily; but you have just as much access to these sources as any others. And if what Jay said is true, he taught you, rather than you struggling constantly for it. Therefore he is right, you are a pretty big hypocrite for saying that.

By your logic, it's "unfair" to learn anything without trying it yourself. Maybe if you try something like repairing a car without directions, you'd learn that there's nothing wrong with getting outside help.

Watching frag videos etc can be quite fun, actually.

I know of only one video I have paid attention to for an attack, most of them I just think, 'wow, there's some great team-work!'

Ok, so it's a cool idea and move, and we've made it happen in a scavenge game (we had to 'set it up' with 2 on each side, Apartments level, the infected ladder opposite the generator) and it worked!

Now the thing is, yeah, I 'learnt' something from a YT video, but I am yet to actually use it in a game, as it is has to be used in a certain instance. I'll just file it away in my 'attack locker' in my brain lol, and maybe one day get to use it. It isn't a 'major factor' in a game at all.

As for trying to find stuff out by myself, I do play play with friends and we try and test out new attacks etc in FO games with just a few of us. You know when you're playing and you see something happen and think 'oh, if only that had happened a little more like...' then you go and try it out. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. We found a new sweet smoker/hunter instakill on No Mercy's Rooftop just a couple of weeks ago...

Your serious?, really?, Jason you might be a alright player in ' Versus ' , but when it comes to campaign, you suck!!!, you just die in the background, thats why you only play ' Versus '.

Also, I'm a real gamer, you just play ' Left 4 Dead ' and Call of Duty ', you to scared to explore other games, your so gonna need help in ' Dead Island ' , I'm like the only person who finish ' Dead Island ' without help, or online.

Also theres not really much tricks with the Tank, and the Hunter, I know how to wall pounce already, plus I think my ' Left 4 Dead ' and ' Left 4 Dead 2 ' achievements speaks for itself.

All you talk about are ' Crimson, Redemption, Hillybilly ', you need to have a ability by yourself, to be honest I know i'm better then you as a player and as a person in real life, please could you be removed from Crimson, Redemption, and Hillybilly's ass for like 1 sec. oh my, plus I grew as the Hunter I've improved a lot, and as the other special infected.
