Issues with map: Battle for Qinling

I have been on the server for a while today and every time that I am in that server myself and others encounter issues. It may not affect everyone but it has happened to me every time. The biggest issue is that on that map and that map only I am unable to use VOIP and have heard of others having the same trouble. It has gotten so bad that I was accused of not being a team player so this is a serious issue to me.

server seems to be repopulating, keep an eye on Qinling for and oddities
