    Proper radio talk

I don't know what you fell about it but I'm teird of hering people trying to explain what they mean. So I think that it's important to establish a proper radio language.
For exemple it's make it easyer and faster to deliver a message.
And every body understands you if we all have this kind of language.
I've seen NyQuil give examples in some of his taktics pages.

    Some example
    Instead of saying:
"I'll be there in 3 min"
    *ETA 3 min*

    "Okay, cool"
    *Roger that, copy that*

"We got an enemie at the tree"
    *Hostille 10 o'clock*

The examples can get many. But this will make it easyer for teamleaders to talk to and guide there teams.

I find it more helpful saying, enemy by tree then enemy 10 o clock, 10 o clock can be anywhere depending on which way ur looking

and its more specific, so you knwo exactly where to look

okay. Well I can edmit that 10 o'clock may not have bin such a good example. But insted of the clock you may use the compass on your screen. And it's allway important to spot enemies. However I still think that it can be good to speak a "military language", if you know that I mean.

i think you're just trying to make it more complicated than it is. and saying "in the tree"... is useless. if you can see him, use the "spotted" command. that marks him on the map. as well... saying "ok" should be good enough. or, if you're typing, "k" is fine.

    Proper radio talk

Haha...I love people with no actual military training or experience try to play soldier in BF2. Frankily, a healthy dose of reality works much better for me. Yelling "bandits at 5 'o clock high" sounds silly when all you need to say is, "look out behind you."

As fun as BF2 is, don't make it more than it is. DevilDog gave me some really sound advice a few nights ago... "don't forget, it's just a game."

Whether someone speaks in code so they feel cooler, or whether they speak in the vernacular so we all understand...doesn't matter a bit to me.

    Proper radio talk

Im in the military and I dont even talk like that.... "bandits at 5 'o clock"... whatever.. LOL. Just say it to where you think someone will understand but remember these few things... the person who should do the most talking is the SQUAD LEADER. He should be assigning where to go.. what to attack.. and if his squad needs anything. Be patient.. now if the Squad Leader isnt calling anything then maybe thats a good time to question his motives. Second, when you clog up the radio with stupid chatter youre causing 2 things.. commands from higher up to often be repeated wasting valuable time and squad commands to be missed... If and only if its a emergency make it short and sweet.. for example.. "INCOMING ARMOR"... "THIS IS GOING TO GET NASTY"..
