I was just wondering why the map is not playable. I read this somewhere, i don't know if it is true or not.

Re: What happend to Operation Phoenix

With each new version or patch, there are always going to be changes,,, out with the old, in with the new. Every map since the creation has been goood, but you can't keep them all,,, or your rotation would be soon around 100-150 maps.....

This is an evolving project..... There will always be advancements in maps and weaponry and situations.

black and purple water and sky? automatic exits?

there is a problem with my left 4 dead pc version. when i do this add on campaign, when i do two evil eyes the second or third chapter, the sky is black and purple, and when i do death toll, the drains, the water is also black and purple. also, in the middle of my game, it exits and then a window pops up and says "left4dead.exe has stopped working, windows is currently looking for a solution." or the game just exits by its self. it never did this before until now.please help!

Alright I guess ill try to help you.

First off, verify your game cache by . To make sure that your local files on your hard drive are not corrupted, right click on the game in Steam, and choose Properties. From the Local Files tab, choose Verfiy integrity of game cache. This will check all the files and if any of them are corrupted, it will repair them and alert you with what it finds.

(Thanks to Iggy for the directions.)

Do what TeenRacer, suggested. It means that you are missing game textures.
