    I've read a lot of tactic guides for l4d and the one thing almost everyone says is to use the bile jar like a pipe bomb, which makes the most sense if you think about it. If you throw the bile bomb close to you when it runs out your stuck with a horde you probably don't want to deal with.

    I hate it when people on Versus throw their bile when they just got puked on.
    The horde still goes to the player boomed on.

    yeah NEVER throw bile while a boomer horde is in process because it does NOTHING.
