ok i just got a new puter and i have a problem NOONE CAN HEAR ME obviously

i try to turn on my BOOST MIC GAIN by going OPTIONS/AUDIO/BOOST MIC GAIN but it is grayed out and unclickable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have realtech hd sound manager and ppl have had problems with it

Well like Wolverine said go into your control panel and then sound and check your mic settings and make sure you have the correct defaults set for your sound card. If you have a control panel for your sound card go check how you got your setting for mic and headset configured. Make sure in BF2 you have all your mic checked. You can also go into your BF2 folder and configure your mic from there.

Are you positive that your mic is plugged in the correct location on your sound card? Which card, if any, do you have and which colored port is it plugged into?
