Thread: so i did some windows updates that needed to be done and...

well i did some updates for windows and then bf2142 wouldnt start. like it will go black like its fixing to load and then an error saying it stopped working. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and found out directx wasnt loaded for some reason. i downloaded directx 10 and finished installing bf2142 and its still not even getting to the opening screen. i read the stick and it said to create a new account on vista. i added an account still not working. bah i dont know what to do ... PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE

Did you reinstall after creating a new account on Vista? If not try that.

I know this is random, but when i was playing last night i heard someone ask this during game play.

Tough choice. I think the Charger would probably be preferable then the Jockey because at least he's not constantly manic, and could sit quietly during a movie. He wouldn't be giggling constantly during all the serious bits and I wouldn't have to worry about him getting a soda filled with caffeine. Plus he wouldn't be 'grabby' like the Jockey. The Jockey would likely put his hands on a lady where he shouldn't, because he looks like he'd be extremely impulsive and he's not shy about being in someone's personal space. The Charger looks like he'd be a gentleman, and a bit more discreet.
