In addition, if a Commander wanted to "guide" a SL to a specific objective they could do so.

Either remove the sandbags from around TOW installations, or else merge the aim and launch point such that what you can see over the sandbags is what you can hit. Nothing is more useless than those high walls that you can see over perfectly well, only to nuke yourself because the missile actually launches a foot lower than that.
For that matter, improve the rifle aim perspective such that when I cannot see my enemy, he cannot see me. This may be hardcoded, but I hate being on the lee of a hill, totally unable to see anyone, and still somehow managing to be shot from the other side because of the screwy perspective difference between what I can see, and what my enemies can see.

I would love to see the ground vehicles with gears, that when you press the up/down arrow key it the gear changes changes.
And as a Frog pilot, I would love to have 4 20 or 30mm cannons on each side of the wing for ultime strafe runs. :4

Re: Any suggestions for Future Versions.
Okay,
After successfully commanding a nearly eternal round on Kashan I've affirmed something that I have thought for some time.
Being in command in PR is one of the most selfless, unappreciated, and painful endeavors, especially when you are fighting to get your team moving / playing as a team; executing strategy and defeating the nme.
Suggestions for future versions?  Make the command chair more rewarding ... SOMEHOW ... I have to think more about how to do this.  But here are a few things off the top of my head:
Allow the commander to switch kits after deployment.
When the commander actually kills an nme soldier, give him SOME credit.
Let the commander have a spade if not a shovel!
I'm okay with keeping the commander out of assets like choppers/tank/planes but jeesh, let the person at least get a kit with a shovel/spade so that they can DO something.
Unlike BF2 where a good commander has to ceaselessly watch the map, drop arty, drop in supply crates, spot nme soldiers, put up UAV, and provide direction to his squads; in PR the maps are huge, objectives will often take considerable time to accomplish, not much is happening on the map and the ONLY thing the commander can drop is a JDAM and that happens maybe once a match on a few maps.
I don't know about everyone else, but I don't find much reward in spending most of two hours plus babysitting errant players/squads and giving people directions.
I know ... I know ... you have to have it in you to command, but I think PR could be improved if the Command chair was tweaked to make that position a bit more rewarding and engaging. My goal is to succeed in any mission - and live to succeed again.
God grant that I may not be found wanting, that I will not fail this sacred trust.

Agreed Amador. The few times I've commanded was so un-fun that Ive got no desire to ever do it unless someone needs build orders approved.
The thing is being a successful commander requires you to have every squad following orders, which is just an unrealistic expectation in a 64 person public server, in a 3 hour match where players are continuously joining/leaving.
Making the commander position more effective is a whole other suggestion thread unto itself.

How about a medical helicopter? Let it spawn once every 25 mins, and let the helicopter crew pick up the dead bodies...... When they are returned to the main base, the team gets ticket credits for the return of the soldiers bodies....
