Great Games tonight

I wish I could say I had great games last night.

I think every one I got in I had more deaths than kills and had one game where the other 5 members of my squad were in the top 10 of our team points wise, while I finished 21st.

One shot kills on friendlys that kept running up behind me like knifers. Of course never works that well when they ARE on the other team.

Then my wife need help to load up the car to go to her sister's house and then she kept calling me from her sister's. 5 calls in 2 hours lasting about 10 min each. Spent 1/2 my play time on the phone with her.

Was not my night.

I've definitely noticed a latency issue here lately since the 1.5 patch. My ping itself wasn't impacted, but there are certain players who when you fire directly at them, it doesn't hit them and they mow you down, but if you fire behind them a bit it hits and takes them down.

Wish I could have been there last night. Had real life things come up.

That was an intense round for sure. I was on Investigators squad and we were at the bottom of colums trying to get to the top and enemy kept spawning in front and behind us. At one point Investigator tk'd me and killed the enemy, then he rezzed me and a guy spawned right on top of us and he tk'd me again before I could get up out of the way. Intense! That was a good laugh.

I was after Pasha going up a hill on cerb and unloaded a whole voss clip in him from behind and it did not register as hits and he never even turned to acknowledge I was shooting at him. WTF my one good easy chance to take down the ground pounder king and zip, ziltch. Gotta be a latency issue. :3

hehe yeah I had a lot of those instances on Shingle last night as well. In addition to last night being the first time I'd played Shingle and being clueless to the mechanics of that map, I had some certifiable headshots on people only to see no hit register and then subsequently die

I also got "sniped" by someone with a Ganz last night on Leipzig from over 120 meters away. Can I tell you I was pissed and scream WTF. Sounded like single shots too (burst I know since Ganz has no single fire mode) but still, the variance MOA on that from that distance is not nearly that good. Total BS.

grrr - I almost never get beat at the range with anything (unless I didn't see it coming and then it is a moot point). But head to head at that range - it is rare that I get beat to the shot.

Yeah, I was in your squad, Hinder. It was my first time playing that map and it was a total bloodbath. I've never been in a firefight like that. The lines of fire and the holes in the floor make columns a crazy place to defend.

And to comment on the whole Ganz discussion, I'd appreciate some advice on how to better deploy that gun.
