Wow, thanks everyone for offering all their support... turns out I'm having the same issue as W4jchosen is having in regards to activation. But now that I see EA has provided some assistance, I think I'll submit a trouble ticket and see if they can help me.

Hell, already bought the NS twice, as I wasn't sure what the Issue was... duh!
