Re: Whats with the TTP server?
When there's 3 people in the server someone occupying a tank or helo position is a non issue, however I would hope no one is selfish enough to occupy a vehicle while priming the server. Once the server fills up to a decent level hopefully there'll be an admin on who can reinstate the idle-kick. I'll prime the server to a point but most people can't just sit there driving around in jeeps by themselves all day with no assurance that a real game will happen anytime soon. Wouldn't hurt to try

Re: Whats with the TTP server?
For any mods/admins that aren't aware: BF2CC can be set to not kick for idle until the server is some specific percentage full- say, 50% or 60%. That way the idlers still help while you are empty, but the server clears them off once it gets hopping.
Very handy.

Re: Whats with the TTP server?
what's the good of joining a server that has 20+ idlers? Just so it makes the server look populated? What good is that? I'd rather be in a server with 15 players that are putting up a fight than 20 or so that are idle and/or sitting in vehicles that will now not be able to be used by other team members that want to go into battle rather than waiting for it to fill up.

Re: Whats with the TTP server?
It's worth a try, to boost attendance from ZERO and keeping the server stats from dropping like a rock!
News flash: it's not due to vacation other servers are not losing players like TTP. Granted the intrest in PR is dropping but, there are new players every day.
there are 100+ PR servers Most people don't look for empty servers to play on!
1) Change up the Map rotation
2) Drop the Idle
3) Watch the servers uptime (one likes playing on a server that boots them off)
Please Keep TTP alive!
NO ONE JOINS EMPTY SERVERS
