I'd bet they'd find similar results in other Western nations. There tends to a be a lot of cross-cultural similarities in regards to things like this that involve the media.

Nudity in some European countries are not frowned upon at, young kids are used to that and that is probably why unlike here in America where nudity is forbidden on television the kids aren't so used to it and want to experience it.

It's a lack of respect that is causing this.
There is no disapline today. In most states teenagers have more power then adults. I remember as a child when I mouthed off my father would locate my nose around by my ear. Then tell me to quit crying or he'll give me something to cry about.
We swore in the house. Liquid lava soap with pumice in the mouth..

Now day you even raise you hand to a child they can (And they know it) call the police and the parents will be locked up for child abuse.. We swore. You yell at your kids too much and social services will be at your door.

Discipline and yeah I agree I got the belt whenever I misbehaved or at least up to the age that my parents figured out taking away Nintendo worked better and was less work for them.

I'd just say it's all gone to shit after the 60's with their "free love" shite. Of course then we say sex is okay and what not. Then of course through each generation it has been more accepted to have sex through TV, books and what not.

It's simple, the more you show something in public the more it's seen as okay.
