Yes, Knife-Pistol servers are illegal according to the RoE, but do you really think that EA enforces that rule? I mean, they stopped caring about BF2 ever since the release of Tampa. Search all servers now and you'll find at least 15 KP servers

You can get extremely high points and your badges. It is not a fun fight, although I can see where you get much better at knifing. My roomate actually used to do it and I watched him...4 to 500 point rounds. Ridiculous.

Yeah his stats never got wiped. Although EA did wipe a bunch of people and shut down a bunch of servers in several waves. The last one I read about was the end of last year, so yeah, like Tamato said, it has been awhile.

But it is against the ROE nonetheless and is not teamplayer.

I got my expert sniper awhile back when RD had an IO city map server.

a recommendation for you here is play hard on city maps - karkand, sharqi pennisula is where i got mine - hang in the buildings running up and down stairs and you'll be surprised how quick they start totaling up
