Cant play PR

Just downloaded it yesterday and am having a problem with the .exe. My folder was located in my BF folder which may have been one of the problems, so I moved it to my desktop. It now says BF2.exe does not exist when I click on the PR.exe with my desktop button and my .exe in my folder. Any one have any ideas what may be wrong?

The only suggestion I have is although painful to unistall everything and then reinstall. You can also try the forums at realitymod.com/forums they have a help and hardware section. If you choose to unistall everything make sure you install BF2 then patch to 1.4 then install PR in that order. Hope this helps

From what I understand your PR folder should be under the mods folder in your BF folder...

If you want a .exe link on your desktop make a shortcut.

But yeah unistall and follow the directions at the site, step by step, and that should get ya.

What ticks me off is the fact vista takes maybe 5 mins after I clicked the download to start up, so it takes quite of bit of time to unistall/reinstall. Did not reinstall bf2 but I did for PR, did not work even after I tried the patch. My BF2 came with special forces, is that why I can not play PR?

If you actually moved your .exe file, it will say it wont exist because it's trying to read all the files as if you moved the whole folder onto the desktop; like someone said above, make sure you make the .exe a shortcut (right click, make shortcut, drag and drop THAT one to desktop.)
