Thread: A Tribute to GMG

Screw the shotgun, thats a given. Am I the only one that runs over every freaken landmine this guy poops from his GM butt?


GMG is in my top three people who I fear to face on the ground, but live for the time it happens. When I say fear I mean when you get all tense and forget which button does what.....kinda like panic. Keld and Ranger10 are the other two. Triggerhappy is the reason I walk half the time.

If I somehow manage to take on GMG plus his mob of medics I treat him like a cup of warm water

GMG and his goon squad are my favorite opponents.

OK - I'm pretty consistently a top 10 player on my team now - still a relative noob, but there are really no ground pounding players I respect more than this weenis, GMG.

He's always been welcoming of me in the squad, even when I was really green, and I join his squad any chance I get, mostly because it's fun and makes a difference in the outcome.

It goes like this, especially when I was new:

• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I revive GMG
• he bunnyhops
• he kills the guy that killed him
• he kills the guy that was going to kill me
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I cap a flag
• I get teamkilled by arty or some weenis in a jet
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green
• I revive GMG
• he bunnyhops
• he kills the guy that killed him
• he kills the guy that was going to kill me
• I cap a flag
• I get teamkilled by arty or some weenis in a jet
• I spawn green
• I get killed
• I spawn green

Then we go baserape and it's lots of fun. I end up with 30 points and a team victory.

What's not to love about this game?
