    Yes. Patch 1.5 is what you need. If you have Northern Strike you will need to follow this install procedure:

    Install 2142
    Patch
    Install Northern Strike
    Patch

    Then I'd highly recommend using Punkbuster Setup to upgrade Punkbuster to the latest client.
