Re: Where does everyone play AIX at?
For bots? for conquest?
For bots theres Headhunter gaming, and a few more. But some, when you join, your alone and all the bots are on the other team. You really cant win, but its fun to try.
For conquest i think it was the =DAM= clan server that we frequented for a while. They usually pull a good crowd on the weekends, and are a great bunch of guys to game with.
And with that, its time for some Sunday Morning Bot farming!

Re: Where does everyone play AIX at?
Yeah, =DAM= clan was where we played the most AIX. HRD hosted some AIX on our server, but the interest for AIX dropped off, so we stopped doing it.
It was a fun mod, but it just doesn't have the stayability that PR has, and never gained enough popularity (and I'm not sure how the tech support for the mod did either) and clout to be considered for hosting by TTP.
However.. as far as I know (I'd have to look to be certain) it's still on the TTP Match server... so maybe we should do an AIX match sometime for one of the monthly matches?

Re: Where does everyone play AIX at?
ill have to look them up.
I havent really had any problems yet, have you guys had any?
Ive all but given up on BF2. Between the hackers, team stackers, stat padding, and general asshatery, its gotten too boring. So im trying to find something different, but i just get bad ping on the euro servers. lol

Re: Where does everyone play AIX at?
I liked AIX... but it's even more airpowered than vanilla. For me it ran a little choppy, so I couldn't play it all that effectively.
Have you ever looked into trying the Project Reality mod? It's also a free mod that is hosted here, and once you learn the ropes (and there's a LOT of learning involved) it's a damn fun mod... and is almsot nothing like playing BF2 anymore. Good fun.
