Thread: A little Story

Not long ago on Mashedturd City RooGaRoo was SL or maybe it was Trigger can't remeber for sure, we had Dan and a few others, we were about to get capped out, moved in on Power Station like an elite SEAL team or something, killed all the bad guys. As we approached the hole in the side of the fence, one enemy was still left, one of those crafty types, jumping all around, getting right in the middle of everyone making it hard to hit him, or in some cases even noticing he's there amidst all the excitement. He jumps in the Vodnik that we drove in with, and starts running ppl over, back and forth, moving just a few feet in either direction smashing them against the fence. I see 1, 2, 3 friendly's turning into road kill, it was like none saw this brazen enemy hero, the wolf among sheep. Thinking that my squadies were either inside the hole already, or road kill, I light him up with an AT round, bad guy goes boom, followed by Roo, Dan, and about 4 other ppl that were between the fence and the Vodnik. Roo was like WTF Ax! I was so shocked couldn't even get the words sorry out of my mouth for 10 secs or so. Made my peace best I could, went in and laid down at the flag, capping it, but was bittersweet to say the least.

Thought I would revive this thread as I had one of my worst just today.

Trigger (who was squadleading) had gone through all the trouble of climbing up onto the top of roof at the cement factory flag in Karkand. Now the enemy had taken the flag and our entire squad had spawned on Trigger. So we all spawn on top of one cylinder..our entire squad. Most of us start throwing grenades down at the flag as their whole team was there. Anyways I start throwing them, and in an attempt to get a grenade right on the flag, I use the short toss, but instead don't end up throwing it far enough. The stupid thing trickles from my hand and lands perfectly right on the edge of the cylinder. I swear loudly and start trying to kick it off the edge. I finally do a belly flop on top of it, in a sad attempt to take the blow. Well the grenade goes off and kills the entire squad. All I here over voip is "What the fuck!?!?! I'm SO punishing." I start pounding my head against my desk, and say "please punish me, that was quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever done."

On a side note, I could have easily jumped from the cylinder and saved myself, but I didn't think that would have gone over to well with the squad. lol
