Your best bet is to get xfire, or some other chat/voip program, and make friends on there that also like to play. When you want to play message your AIX friends, and ask if they want to join you. If they do/can, then find a server. You can also start a topic in your public clan forum, or the IRON forum, for "I'm going to play AIX, who wants to join me," and post there every time you want to go play. If you want more ideas on how to try to get more players to join you just let me know.

Or, if you want I would even be willing to put the mod on the HRD server. Only problem is you will quickly find out, like we did when we loved v1, that your battles will usually be 5-10 players per side max. That is why v1 died. Not so much because it sucked, although it did have some bugs, but because not enough people played, and the ones that loved it got tired of playing 10v10.

Re: Allied Intent BF2 mod
Thank you Civil, I will be doing most the things that you suggested, the 1 im not sure about doing is the server one. Like I have been saying im trying to build awareness of the mod more then anything, so a server at this point it would be just as you are saying(10v10) unless it would be listed on the public servers when you a server search(or is it only a 20 man server?), then it might accually take. Do you know that answer? Also I will definately take any suggestions that you have about it and most likely try them. Yes I am very serious about it and trying to make it popular. As you can see, I have posted that people should add me to xfire and we will get into a server together, already. So that part I have already started on. I didnt want to post a new topic on the subject anywhere, but I will in my clan forums now that you say I can, once again, I didnt want to get the topics locked and trying to do this the right way as not to upset any of the admin. Like you say this stuff is going to take alittle time, not just to post facts and figures but to get the awareness out. As it was posted in the poll forum, to me this is also BF3 and I would love to see it take off. I spend tons of time priming already(in our servers and have made posts about that too) so that alone should tell you I am willing to put the time in along those lines, as for the facts and figures for it I will post for you after a week or so if I see them being impressive to me, if not I will wait longer before posting them, after all it is very new and people dont know much about it yet. Not to mention after seeing how hard it is to prime the top5 and regular server from personal time invested in it, and that was/is with total TTP support.
Also would you object to a new thread here(in public forums) about when we are online playing for people to join us or should I just post it here in a current thread?

2 things to help. First, add your xfire link to your profile, so other TTP members can add you easily. Let me know if you need any help with this. Second, on the server, it will show up in the in game server browser regardless of whether it is a full time server, or the IRON or HRD clan server that is only up part time.
Just as an example of how effective xfire can be I noticed today that the top5 server was full, and the reg was empty. I messaged a handful of my xfire friends to ask them to get the reg going. It is now at 23 players, and top5 still has 58.

The HRD and IRON servers can both be set to 64 player.
To add your xfire link follow these instructions:
1. Click on "Profile" at the top of the page.
2. Click on "Forum Profile Information" in the left box.
3. Find the xfire field, and put in your xfire username only. The site will automatically populate the link.
