As do I, which is why I made mention of the audio issues that can and do become a problem for a lot of people but they don't realize it.

I guess I need to check my audio settings next time. I have tried to play twice, and the first I lagged for about 2 minutes, then CTD. The second I rode half way across the map in a trasnport, jumped out, took one step, then CTD.

You might be getting the problems because of your texture settings too. On my computer with PR, I get extreme lag if my textures are set on High, but put it on medium, with everything else on high, and no lag.

I run a Intel 2.53 GHz Dual Core Wolfdale processor, and a eVGA NVidia 9800 GT.

If I did the affinity thing, would I be able to run the textures back on full?

AMD Dual Core? Vista 64? Socket 939?

    Handles it differently.
I have an AMD dual core, not vista, and I have no idea how to tell the last part.

Did I see pale state that pr supports wide screen resolutions?

When I got my new pc a year ago w/ widescreen monitor, I didn't like how games ran in the 1600X1050 (or whatever that resolution is), so I set all EA games to run in normal mode, cutting off sides of the screen.

Does it stretch the screen out so everything is short and wide?

Thx (tired as hell this am)
