Imisnew2 ,thank you for the information. That dose not sound like a bad thing. I think this sunday I might try it out. I really like to work as a team. That is the reason I play bf2 and bf 2142. I real do not care about the points but helping the group to win. thats the shit. evilblackjack.

Set your options as you want them, then set your general.con file in your profiles folder in your My Documents folder to read-only. Vanilla settings stay set, PR sets its options on a per-session basis.

Well, Soviet finally got in some serious shit flinging in an official 11BangBang squad tonight on Muttrah. He just needs a little more practice with the H-AT to keep from shooting walls in front of him and doing back flips on the roof of a building.

Throw in the occasional, I'll wait patiently right here Bravo, so I can get that awesome HAT shot on an APC mentality and he's all mine. Well, I had him set up twice and he blew it, that's right he blew it. But the other three times, he made them pay dearly. So I'll forgive him.

And just to let you guys know how well we did tonight. I got a compliment from Mario over Xfire, something about calling me a bitch for that FOB placement we had over near West/East City Area, and various other name calling.

I know I took down the Cobra at least 3 times, factor in a fairly decent game-plan on our defensive strategy. All in all, we wound up with a 79-0 Win as MEC. About 10 of my kills came from shooting down choppers, and about the same or more from Soviet with that damned H-AT. I call that a good night of gaming. I sure hope you learned a thing or two for future reference Soviet.

Note: figure it like this, if there's an APC on Muttrah, it will find me or I will find it. Most of the time, my squad with a H-AT will win those battles, it's like moths to a flame, it just happens.

Our squad actually had a much higher score for a long time, but we lost a few fellows and picked up some others later into the round. I'd like to thank SpiritOfFire and TorturerOfSouls for putting in a great effort when they were with us, I'm not sure when or why they left, but while they were there they gave some awesome Team-Play effort to the squad.

In my defence, I was standing up directly on the edge of the roof top. The second i took the shot something came flying across my crosshairs. Im pretty sure you, bravo, chucked a can infront of me that time. But yes it was actually three fuck ups. The one on the roof, one was just a plain miss, i aimed for the tires for an APC the was a wee bit a way and pulled the missel down to much. The Third was the BF2 in me getting into a rooftop to rooftop fire fight with one guy, I went auto and single duck duck bang bang. Two clips and he didn't die, but managed to one shot me, thus loosing the hat kit cause no one was close enough. SO! Im blaiming everyone but me, should have know i was gonna do something stupid. But when i was letting go a follow evey order to the word, Oh yea! 14 kills about 5 were grounders, infentry moving in on our position. As things went on i cried for help when i needed it. I was on like the 4th floor of one building, i turned the coner to the staircase, and on the building north of me was an enemy prone and looking right at me on that buildings staircase. Had about a microsecond of thought to take him out but instead i hit the deck and shuffeld back around the coner. I poke my head back to see if he was moving, and there was now three of them there! One prone, one crouching, and one standing. I pulled back, got on the horn was like SPIRIT! SAVE ME! The point being by the end of the round, there was just APC carcass all around the blocks the squad was stationed on.

My favorate moment had to be when you and me were on the multi leveled building where you had the second AA, 3 troops were moving in from the west. They went done once or twice when they tried to come in threw the fence but got revived. We moved to ground level to secure the area because they gave up on the fence. I could see feet under the fence and told you they were coming to the north.

"Bravo, they're coming around the coner to your left."
"Where, which one?"
*bop bop bop*
"This one"

He turned to the right and i went left, as soon as i made the turn i was nose to nose with three of them. Blasted out the first one with full auto then ran like a girl as bravo steps put with his pistol all gangster style and just bust up the last two.

"Just you and me. Same kind of moon same kind of jungle. Real number 10 remember... Whole platoon, 32 men chopped into meat... We walk out just you and me, nobody else. Right on top huh? Not a scratch... Not a fuckin' scratch."

There was a good reason for turning right. I wanted to make sure we weren't going to get shot in the back while dealing with those other guys. Then I have you dancing around in front of me trying to shoot the guy who could have stole your wallet, your gun, and your H-AT!! Then, I had to side step just to be able to shoot him and avoid dropping you, while looking for the third monkey around the corner. Which was hilarious because I ran out of bullets and had to reload my pistol, because when I stepped around the corner he and I fired at the same time, we both ran out of ammo

. He hit me in the shoulder. While he was trying to reload his M4, I got my pistol loaded quicker and put a few 9mms in his stomach. That stuff was crazy like.
