    Agreed, most new comps come with 2 gigs standard. Course its the shitty 667 type, but its still 2 gigs

    The only problems I've had with resolution is having a refresh rate to high, well actually that did make it so i could never start the game but he can make it to the login and everything screen, if that was the problem then he might need to must make a new acount because the video setting should be saved if he reinstalls and retreave the account. The best way to eleminate video as a problem would be to creat an off line account because its quick easy and the setting all start at the bottom. So have him try creating an off line account be for anything gets uninstalled.
